PEAK SEASON Spring

PREP  Trim the bottom part of the stem that is white and tough before cooking

STORE  Stand up in a glass jar with 2 inches of water and loosely cover with a plastic bag for up to 7 days

Cooking Methods

GRILL  

high heat  | 6-8 minutes until well-charred and just tender  

ROAST  

425°F oven | 10-15 minutes, turn occasionally until lightly browned and tips are crispy 

SAUTÉ   

medium-heat skillet | 8-10 minutes      

STEAM  

in a skillet, 3-4 mins covered in low boiling water until bright green and tender
